I don’t know if you have noticed, but the vegetarians of the world are winning the argument about what constitutes healthy eating. After a half century of poor nutrition creeping into the American child’s diet, I feel like the pendulum is beginning to swing back toward healthier eating. Meals are becoming more often, lower on the food chain with a lot more fruits and vegetables. Welcome to another edition of Portable Practical Pediatrics, home of pedcasts. From the womb to the W-2, if the subject involves children, we take it on here. A few months ago i started a new series of pedcasts I call”Interesting Conversations with Parents” and I must say, these posts have been particularly popular with my listeners.
