CHOICE OF LAW; FORUM SELECTION

 

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to such laws related to conflicts of laws. The state and federal courts in and for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, shall be the exclusive forum for any and all disputes related in any way to or arising from the Site or these Terms of Use, and all parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
