    Extremely important and good information. I think at some point in every parents life you question if you are doing the right thing and if it is enough for everybody else while losing ourselves in the shuffle of LIFE. You hit the nail on the head from both a parenting and medical professionals view. Long hours at work and longer hours at home- the last people we take care of are ourselves. Thanks Doc Smo!! I pledge today to make time for me.
